If you want to optimise your training to reach your full potential, you are in the right place. My goal as a professional running coach is to work closely with athletes of all levels to improve their performance and help them achieve their goals. 

 

I specialise in training plan programming and work closely with other industry professionals like movement coach Shane Benzie, sweat experts Precision Hydration and the sports research laboratory at Bath University to help you improve other aspects of your running as well as getting your training right. 

I build your training plan to work for you. It will always be programmed around your lifestyle and current fitness level, while working towards your races and goals.

  • Individual elite athlete profile and analysis covering your fitness, lifestyle and goals.

  • Long term structured plan detailing when you should be training at base level, building fitness, peaking, racing and recovering.

  • Day by day training plan prescribed weekly on the Training Peaks App.

  • Easy to follow training sessions straight to your watch (model dependant).

  • Daily (weekday) training analysis and feedback provided by coach.

  • Unlimited coach contact using Whatsapp, phone or email.

  • Updates to training plan whenever required.

  • Race day strategy planning including pace, nutrition and hydration planning.

  • Precision Hydration sweat test & personal hydration strategy.

  • Lab based Vo2 max & lactate transition tests every 4 months.

  • Quarterly nutrition analysis and advice report.

  • Yearly £500 training camp voucher.

Basic Coaching

Perfect for athletes on a lower budget who want a training plan tailored to their lifestyle and goals. The package includes:

 

  • Individual athlete profile covering your current fitness, lifestyle and goals.

  • Long term plan detailing when you should be training at base level, building fitness, peaking, racing and recovering.

  • Day by day training plan prescribed monthly on the Training Peaks App.

  • Easy to follow training sessions straight to your watch (model dependant).

  • Monthly sync up call for feedback and support.

Terms & Notes

  • If you choose to pay yearly, you will have the opportunity to try coaching for 30 days. If you choose to discontinue your package you will be refunded 90% of the total cost. After the 30 day deadline, no refunds are available. 

  • If you choose to pay yearly, you can take 'injury or illness time' which will pause your subscription for up to 4 weeks.

  • If you choose to pay monthly, coaching packages are cancellable anytime but non refundable. If you have used your training camp voucher and cancel your coaching plan before 6 months, you will be required to pay for the voucher in full.
