Coaching

My goal as a professional endurance running coach is to work closely with athletes to improve their performance and help them to achieve their goals. My job as a coach, is to programme the athletes training plan, regularly analyse completed training sessions, and provide frequent feedback to the athlete. My training methods are always carefully tailored for each athlete to meet their needs and help them to become the best runner they can be. 

If you run a lot, but without much structure, it might be time to start working with a coach. I am able to programme your training plan so it is fully optimised. Every training session you do should have a purpose. I don't only make sure this is the case, but I also make sure you are aware of each sessions purpose and its importance. 

 

My coaching is always very personal, built around your lifestyle and fully constructed towards your aims and goals.

Premium Coaching

£135 Per Month + £100 Setup Fee

Premium online coaching provides many perks to runners including unlimited coach contact, deep analysis of sessions and precise training plan prescription. This package is perfect for runners with difficult goals, or runners who would like to have more contact with their coach. The package includes:

 

  • Individual athlete profile and analysis covering your fitness, lifestyle and goals.

  • Long term structured plan detailing when you should be training at base level, building fitness, peaking, racing and recovering.

  • Day by day training plan prescribed monthly on the Training Peaks App.

  • Easy to follow training sessions straight to your watch (model dependant).

  • Weekly training analysis completed by coach.

  • Weekly feedback provided to athlete post analysis.

  • Unlimited coach contact using Whatsapp or Email.

  • Updates to training plan whenever required.

  • Race day strategy planning including pace, nutrition and hydration planning.

  • Race day support (dependant on availability and location).

Basic Coaching

£95 Per Month + £100 Setup Fee

Basic online coaching is my most inexpensive package. It is perfect for runners who want a custom training plan prescribed for them on a monthly basis. The package includes:

 

  • Individual athlete profile and analysis covering your current fitness, lifestyle and goals.

  • Long term structured plan detailing when you should be training at base level, building fitness, peaking, racing and recovering.

  • Day by day training plan prescribed monthly on the Training Peaks App.

  • Easy to follow training sessions straight to your watch (model dependant).

  • Monthly sync up call for feedback and support.
