I believe that we all have the potential to run far, fast. Be it pushing in the mountains, taking on the coast path, or setting PR's on the road or track, you already have the biological ability to succeed, it is simply what humans were evolved to do.

Somewhere along the line of human evolution, we invented the dreaded chair, and many of us became less fit, developed poor posture and suffered the consequences. 

So how do we undo this de-evolution and optimise our enjoyment of running while reaching our full potential? The fate of our success lies in doing the simple things right and being consistent. There is no such thing as a perfect workout to end all of your worries or a one size fits all training plan. Training prescription should be tailored to each individual to be realistic and to maximise performance output. 

By training correctly on a daily basis, we tap back into our evolution and draw on one of our most basic human skills, to run far, fast. 

 

As a professional running coach, I deliver fully personalised one to one coaching to all abilities of runner. Whether you're training for your first half marathon, or trying to win a world famous ultra, I have the skills and knowledge to give you the best fighting chance.

I help people find enjoyment and success in their running journeys. Your plan will be individually personalised to you taking into account your running experience, time availability and goals.

If you live in, or are able to travel to Bristol, UK once per year, click here to learn about local coaching. If you are not local or able to travel, I have good news for you! I have optimised my coaching service to be professionally delivered via the state of the art Training Peaks App. Modern day technologies such as Google Meet and WhatsApp also allow us to work closely together to achieve your goals.

  • Easy to follow training sessions straight to your watch (model dependant).

  • Weekly training analysis and feedback provided by coach.

  • Unlimited coach contact using Whatsapp, phone or email.

  • Updates to training plan whenever required.

  • Race day strategy planning including pace, nutrition and hydration.

  • Precision Hydration online sweat test & personal hydration strategy.

  • Daily (weekday) training analysis and feedback provided by coach.

  • Unlimited coach contact using Whatsapp, phone or email.

  • Updates to training plan whenever required.

  • Online movement coaching analysis every 2 months.

Terms & Notes

  • Coaching plans can be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for your own health, safety and welfare. I will help you reduce the risk of overuse injury, but you are responsible for keeping yourself safe while training.
